Apprenticeship – Community Manager
How about joining a team that gives meaning to your work? 7C Com is hiring a Freelance / Work-Study Community Manager to manage our projects and those of our clients on social media.
You’ll work closely with the project manager and the team to tell authentic stories, build engagement, and highlight the best moments. If you’re curious, creative, comfortable with social media and communities, and enjoy combining strategy with creativity, here’s what you’ll be doing:
Your responsibilities
- Create and publish content—posts, stories, Reels, threads, and more—to engage and grow communities.
- Moderate and facilitate: respond, interact, stimulate conversation, and build genuine connections with audiences.
- Contribute to strategy: help define editorial calendars, formats, and messages that resonate.
- Analyze and optimize: track performance, suggest adjustments, and propose new ideas for each platform.
- Collaborate with teams: work with influencers, production, and the PR department to ensure a consistent message.
Must-haves
- A passion for social media and digital communication.
- Creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone to the audience.
- Organized, self-motivated, and responsive, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Based in France, available for occasional travel if necessary.
