Freelancer – Influencer Relations

The communications agency 7C Com is hiring a Freelance Influencer Relations Specialist to participate in exciting campaigns within our communications and influencer division.
You’ll work closely with the project manager and our team of experts to build meaningful connections between brands and creators.
If you’re curious, creative, comfortable with social media and online communities, and can balance organization with a human touch, here’s what you’ll be doing:
Your responsibilities
- Building bridges: between brands and talent, between ideas and audiences, between strategies and emotions.
- Co-create content: work with influencers to develop scripts, refine messages, and ensure every collaboration remains authentic and aligned.
- Listening: understanding the needs of creators and the brand, so that every project resonates.
- Be curious and inventive: test new formats, new talent, new platforms—because influence evolves every day. Identify, contact, and support creators and influencers who align with our clients’ projects and brand DNA.
- Track and measure: provide clear reporting on collaborations and their results.
- Participate in activations: coordinate influencers and content during events.
Must-haves
- A passion for digital communication and the world of influencers, along with a curiosity about diverse fields (gaming, lifestyle, culture, tech, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to listen: knowing how to build authentic relationships with influencers.
- Proficiency in written and spoken French; fluent in English.
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously.
- Based in France, available for occasional travel if necessary.
The little extras
- Previous experience in influencer relations or community management is not required
- Knowledge of tools for tracking and reporting on digital campaigns.
